Mr. Block was a co-founder and CEO of NuWave Solutions.

He was a gifted and visionary technologist, an entrepreneur in every sense of the word, and a beloved leader and mentor to many. He was a nationally recognized Internet technology and J2EE expert, He was the co-author of multiple books including, Creating Web Portals with BEA WebLogic (March 2003).

He approached everything he did with a passion that was truly inspiring. From his love of business and technology, to his steadfast devotion to the Baltimore Ravens, to his love for Boating, Golf, and playing Craps, it was obvious to all who knew him, and sometimes just those in his general proximity, that he did what he loved, and loved what he did.

His enthusiasm was contagious, and he brought out the best in those around him.

He will always be a part of NuWave Solutions, living on in the hearts and minds of those who knew him, and in the culture, core values, and reputation for quality he was instrumental in establishing.
