Rob Castle,

President

Mr. Castle is President of NuWave Solutions. In this role, he is responsible for setting the company's technology direction and delivery.

Mr. Castle has over 22 years of experience in the computer consulting industry with a focus on custom development and enterprise architecture.

Mr. Castle is a recognized application architect and J2EE expert. He is the co-author of the book Creating Web Portals with BEA WebLogic (March 2003).

Prior to NuWave Solutions, Mr. Castle led major development efforts at Metamor WorldWide, Impact Innovations Group and AON Consulting. His roles included Enterprise Architect, Program Manager, Project Leader, Task Leader and Senior Developer for numerous strategic client engagements.

Mr. Castle graduated Summa Cum Laude from Elon College with a B.A. degree in Mathematics.
