Mr. Castle is President of NuWave Solutions. In this role, he is responsible for setting the company’s technology direction and delivery.

Rob Castle is currently the President of NuWave Solutions. In this role, his primary responsibilities are assisting the CEO in direction and oversight of the company and its leadership team, with direct oversight of Marketing and Business Development activities. He also serves in the role of Chief Technology Officer, and has direct responsibility for defining and Managing NuWave’s IT Market Segments (Horizontal capabilities and services), as well as technical direction of Vendor/Partner Markets.

Mr. Castle has over 22 years of experience in the computer consulting industry with a focus on custom development and enterprise architecture. Rob is a recognized application architect and J2EE expert. He is the co-author of the book Creating Web Portals with BEA WebLogic (March 2003).

Before coming to NuWave Solutions, Mr. Castle led major development efforts at Metamor WorldWide, Impact Innovations Group and AON Consulting. His roles included Enterprise Architect, Program Manager, Project Leader, Task Leader and Senior Developer for numerous strategic client engagements.

Mr. Castle graduated Summa Cum Laude from Elon College with a B.A. Degree in Mathematics.
