Tom GriffithTom Griffith serves as a personal advisor to the NuWave CEO, Mark Keyser. He also advises the other senior executives of NuWave in the areas of strategic planning and business development.

Lt. Gen Griffith has over 40 years’ experience in leading large organizations. In his last position in the US Air Force, Lt. Gen Griffith was Commander of Twelfth Air Force, which consisted of 8 fighter, bomber and reconnaissance Wings and over 35,000 personnel. He was responsible for all USAF activities in Latin America. He was a fighter pilot with 4150 hours flying time, over 1000 hours of which was in combat.

Gen. Griffith joined NLX in 1996 as a training program manager and played a key role in growing the company from 45 employees to over 500, when NLX was acquired by Rockwell Collins. He then joined MAXIM Systems, a small high tech software development and systems integration company. In 2007 MAXIM was acquired by Accenture, and Gen Griffith was retained by Accenture as a Senior Executive.

Gen. Griffith graduated from the US Military Academy, West Point, NY with a BS Degree in Engineering. He holds a Master’s Degree in Management from Webster University and is a Distinguished Graduate of the Naval War College. In 1992 he attended the Program for Senior Executives in National and International Security, John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University.
