Howard Block (CEO)

Mr. Block is a co-founder and CEO of NuWave Solutions. In this role, he is responsible for setting the overall vision and strategic direction of the company. Mr. Block has over 22 years of experience in the software development and consulting industries. He has a unique blend of experience in both government and commercial marketplaces.

Mr. Block is a nationally recognized Internet technology and J2EE expert, and is a frequent guest speaker at conferences. He is the co-author of multiple books including, Creating Web Portals with BEA WebLogic (March 2003).

Prior to founding NuWave Solutions, Mr. Block served in leadership roles including Director, Technical Director and Office Leader. His background spans all aspects of Internet and client-server technologies specifically focusing on building world class enterprise level applications.

Mr. Block has a B.S. in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and M.S. in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University.

Mark Keyser (President and COO)

Mr. Keyser is a co-founder and President of NuWave Solutions. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the company. Mr. Keyser has over 22 years of experience in the computer consulting industry with a focus on database and development technologies.

Mr. Keyser is a recognized leader in database architecture and data modeling. He has vast experience in delivering enterprise data solutions in the areas of transactional database implementations, data warehouses, and data migration.

Prior to founding NuWave Solutions, Mr. Keyser served in leadership roles including Office Leader, Director, Data Warehouse Practice Manager and Government Business Unit Leader.

Mr. Keyser has a B.S. degree in Computer Science from Central Michigan University . He is a member of the Data Warehouse Institute.

Rob Castle (Vice President & Chief Technology Office)

Mr. Castle is a Principal and Chief Technology Officer of NuWave Solutions. In this role, he is responsible for setting the company's technology direction and delivery. Mr. Castle has over 22 years of experience in the computer consulting industry with a focus on custom development and enterprise architecture.

Mr. Castle is a recognized application architect and J2EE expert. He is the co-author of the book Creating Web Portals with BEA WebLogic (March 2003).

Prior to NuWave Solutions, Mr. Castle led major development efforts at Metamor WorldWide, Impact Innovations Group and AON Consulting. His roles included Enterprise Architect, Program Manager, Project Leader, Task Leader and Senior Developer for numerous strategic client engagements.

Mr. Castle graduated Summa Cum Laude from Elon College with a B.A. degree in Mathematics.

Brad Hubbard (Director)

Mr. Hubbard is a Director at NuWave Solutions. In this role, he is responsible for business development and project delivery. Mr. Hubbard has over 20 years of experience in the computer consulting industry with a focus on project management and system architecture.

Prior to joining NuWave Solutions, Mr. Hubbard led major development efforts at Booz Allen Hamilton, Oracle, and Impact Innovations Group. His roles included Director, Senior Associate, Practice Manager, and Project Manager.

Mr. Hubbard has a B.S. degree in Computer Science from University of Maryland University College and is an 11 year veteran of the United States Air Force.
