OUR EMPLOYEE-CENTERED CULTURE

KEEPS OUR TEAM EXCITED TO COME TO WORK EVERY DAY

We could tell you our employees love to work here, but we don’t have to. Our Best Place to Work Awards speak for themselves. What sets us apart? We offer our employees the best of both worlds: professionally gratifying work as well as a culture that truly appreciates and rewards each individual.

NuWave earned the credential of best workplace from Great Place to Work® based on extensive ratings provided by our employees in anonymous surveys.

We were also named #1 Best Place to Work in Virginia as a result of a rigorous weeding out process across the Commonwealth of Virginia. NuWave was evaluated based on our scores across several core aspect of our business, including employee satisfaction.

We hire smart people who thrive in a work environment where they get to solve technically challenging problems and are treated like family.

Our Values Drive Everything We Do

100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS OUR GOAL

Delighting our clients is #1

Our success - at the individual, project, or company level - comes only through making every customer successful on every engagement, with no exceptions and no excuses. Our growth is a testament to our happy customers.

INNOVATION THAT RAISES THE BAR

Pushing the limits

When we hit technical challenges, we don't quit. Instead, we push through to arrive at innovative remedies that extend partner platforms. To foster innovation, we host an internal Quarterly Hack-a-thon. We also participate in industry competitions, which have resulted in several innovation awards.

BEST PLACE TO WORK CULTURE

Treating employees like family

We believe people work best if they like the environment they work in. We foster trust, respect, growth and teamwork in our daily work and at our annual team trip. Our Employee Advisory Council also ensures employees have a voice. We are proud that several team members have been with us for 15+ years.

TECHNOLOGY EXCELLENCE

Valuing our technologists

Because strong technical skills are core to what we do, we provide our technical staff a career path that doesn't require switching to a business function to advance their career. We also launched NuWave Institute to provide all technical team members 44 certification programs to advance their skills and ensure quality delivery on every engagement.

TRUSTED PARTNERSHIPS

Partnering with the best

Our relationships with state-of-the art technical partners and leading management consulting firms are critical to our ability to meet our clients' needs. As such, we treat our partners as an extension of our own team, fostering collaboration and teamwork to solve some of the most difficult analytics challenges.

GIVING BACK IS IN OUR DNA

Contributing to the community

Each year we set aside a pool of money to donate to local charities. The Employee Advisory Council works with employees to garner a vote on which charity should receive the annual benefit.
